Reportedly Jamie Lynn’s mom doesn’t want her to get married without first protecting her assets and that means a pre-nup. We all know that pre-nups are usually a part of Hollywood marriages. Those who don’t sign one and get divorced, well, it gets nasty.

An insider has told In Touch magazine, “The contract is already drawn up and ready to go. Lynne’s not sure marriage is a good idea, but she’ll go along with that if that’s what Jamie Lynn wants - as long as Casey signs the contract.”

Another source is saying, “He [Casey Aldridge] doesn’t seem as committed to the relationship as Jamie Lynn.”

There have been rumors flying that Casey has cheated on Jamie Lynn in the past, so mama Spears is “keeping an eye on him“. Isn’t that what most mother-in-laws do anyway?
