When we wished Harry Potter star Emma Watson a Happy Birthday, it didn’t even cross our minds that now she is 18, she can have access to her bank account. She can now have her hands on the $20 millions dollars that has been waiting for her.

It appears that Emma won’t just go out and blow it all and that there are a few requirements. For example, she has to make low risk, high interest investments and attend courses on how to be a responsible millionaire. Does every 18 year old celeb have to do this?
