I am sure that all of you have heard by now about the Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair photo shoot. What was supposed to be an innocent and artistic picture with famed photographer Annie Liebowitz, turned into a huge scandal and caused major trouble for the teen star.

On a recent O’Reilly Factor, Bill O’Reilly completely trashed Miley Cyrus and had some pretty harsh words to say (video of that segment is after the jump).

on May 9th, he talked with child star Kirk Cameron, who found himself in almost the same situation that Miley is in, only his pictures didn’t go public.

Kirk says, “Um yeah, I remember it pretty well. It’s kind of one of those situations where you go into a shoot and um, you’re at a point in your career where your publicist is telling you that this would be great. That it’s going to add dimension to who you are and it’s presented in a kind of real artistic kind of deal.….”

It’s a great interview and I recommend you listen to it all. He mentions how one thing can lead to another and your parents aren’t in the room and you really are relying on the publicist. I think Kirk shed some light on what the situation really did look like for Miley.
