Miley Cyrus will support the Stand Up to Cancer campaign and join 15 other stars who will sing on the single “Just Stand Up”. The song will be feature LeAnn Rimes, Carrie Underwood, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, Keyshia Cole, Ciara, Sheryl Crowe, Fergie, Ashanti and Mary J Blige.
